Cranfield Community Centre – Premises Licence Notice

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

We    the Cranfield Community Centre Charity,
of      Cranfield Community Centre, Thillans, Cranfield, MK43 0WP

Are applying for grant of a Premises Licence.

If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place

1. Sale of alcohol on the premises
2. Provision of Regulated Entertainment consisting of
   1. Plays
   2. Films
   3. Indoor Sporting Events
   4. Boxing or Wrestling
   5. Live Music
   6. Recorded Music
   7. Performances of Dance
   8. Anything of a similar description to e, f, or g

Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to Public Protection, Central Bedfordshire Council, Watling House, High Street North, Dunstable, LU6 1LF, within 28 days from the date of this notice.  A copy of the application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine of which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
